Kursansvarigs egen helhetsbild av kursen 
 After some years of being a teacher on the course, this was my first time as course responsible. With that, there is always some uncertainty and changes. However, since this course was already quite established, there were not many changes needed. Overall, we were happy with the course, but we also take into account some of the comments (see below). 

Kommentar kring resultatet av studenternas kursvärdering 
 I think that the answers reflect how broad the student list can be. Some come with background in the topic, some not, and we also have exchange students who might be used to a different study tempo and culture. Therefore it is quite difficult to arrange the course in a form that is engaging but not overly challenging. 

En sammanfattning av kursvärderingens fritextsvar  
 We are sorry that some students experienced difficulties with the examinations on the course and the course period. However, we are not able to do anything with the period, that depends on university rules. It is very intensive period for us as well, and there are rules about when should each exam be conducted. We also need to be mindful of exchange students who are not able to take reexaminations if they take place outside of the course period. Regarding the comments about difficulty, we coordinate all examinations within our program. The results of this year's exam were also better than in previous years in terms of average grade and number of students who passed the exam on first try. 

Eventuella händelser under kursens gång som påverkat resultatet av kursvärderingen 
  It is very difficult to have a course that runs over Christmas and New Year's. Otherwise not much. 

Kommentar kring examinationsresultat 
  As I hinted before, the exam results improved somewhat from last year. We made some changes mainly to exam structure (e.g. changed the overall number of points, adding a case study). The results were mostly positive.

Planerad kursutveckling 

We plan for more close interaction with a course that runs in parallel (Environmental management), introducing a common modular case study for both courses. We also plan to do some minor changes to scheduling, e.g., giving more time to study for an exam. However, it remains difficult to coordinate especially there might be other courses that the students take in parallel.
