Overall the students' assessment of the course was very positive, in terms of the subject matter and what they learnt in relation to the course goals. They commented positively on the teachers' competences and the levels of interaction between both one another, and the teachers being high. Nevertheless, they also commented that the workload was a little high and one suggested more opportunities for individual feedback from the teachers regarding the individual assignment. 

In response to these comments, we need to make students aware of the time limits we have in providing education, including more personalised individual feedback for the individual assignment. We have 80 hours teaching facing time in total for the course and, as a response, we had planned for peer feedback and teacher general feedback summaries to the class in response to the individual assignment, with opportunities to stay and ask individual questions at each seminar. We recognise the time constraints as a problem for even correcting the individual assignments (41 students enrolled this year) and have made amendments to the course syllabus for following classes to optimise time better. We plan to replace the individual assignment with a written exam and this will open up for more personalised feedback in the group assignment for coming years. 

Regarding the workload, we are planning to see if the group assignment can be integrated with this course and sustainable supply chain management for next year. We also want to make the students that as an advanced level course, there should be a higher degree of student-led learning and independent studies/readings and less teacher-led lectures than undergraduate levels. We offered a schedule breakdown regarding how students should spend their time management on the course at the course introduction lecture, but we should revisit that for next year, being clearer in terms of the expectations on students for their time management (e.g. how many articles to read, etc.); reducing the workload slightly in response to the students' concerns in this evaluation.
